Com tanto desejo... [minha nossa]

Desejar ser desejosa
para desejar o desejo
de te desejar
sendo tu o desejo
de desejar
ser desejosa
para desejar-te.

Destruir? Pra que?

Nos precisamos de viver,
Nos precisamos de cantar,
Tambem precisamos de ter...
Ar para respirar!
Esse ar e um composto
Feito por algum genio
Que introduziu
Nos nossos pulmoes oxigenio.
Mas esse ar esgota
E podemos assim morrer...
Assim por cada arvore que se corta
Eh um "bocado de ar a desaparecer".
E o homem que nao eh deus
Sendo assim, um simples mortal
O que eh certo e vai acontecer
Com este comportamento anormal,
Tudo vai deixar de ser...
Para nunca mais existir
Ja ai nao pode haver mais mal,
Vai-se tudo extinguir.
Por isso devemos pensar
Como parar o carrossel
E tentar,
Tudo isto evitar...
E parar para pensar
Sempre que se gasta uma folha de papel.

Porque?

Porque ha tantas lagrimas a enxugar,
Tantos tristes a consolar,
Tantos frutos a colher,
Tantas vozes a escutar,
Tantos sorrisos a ver,
Tantas emocoes a partilhar,
Tanta felicidade a oferecer,
Tantas noites a iluminar,
Tanto perdao a conceder,
Tanta paz a construir,
Tanta justica a usufruir,
Tantos pobres a libertar,
Tantas portas a abrir,
Tantos abracos a dar,
Tanta perseguicao a suportar,
Tanto odio a negar,
Tanto amor por receber,
E tanto amor a conquistar.
Tanta alegria a anunciar,
E tanto a querer,...

Niko <3

Photobucket

So today, I'm going to talk about
someone else very important in my life.
I've mentioned:

- My grandfather
- My madrinha (godmother)
- My little niece, Juliana
- My mom...
- My dad...

I'm taking the time to talk about someone,
not less important than any of those mentioned above...
... and her name is: Nicole Brown. (Niko)

So this young lady is a jewel.
She goes from being beautiful, talented to extremely intelligent.
She is all around, great.
She's the best friend that anyone could ask for.
The best sister... that anyone would want.
The best niece... that I could ever have.

I could really talk about her all day.
Because there is so much to say.
But words would always fall short.
Nothing can describe her greatness.

It's her sense of humor,
It's her personality,
Her character,
Kindness,
....
It's her love for the people around her,
Her love for animals,
Her love for life...
... that always brings a smile to my face.
She really amazes me.
I see so much potential in her.
She always manages to brighten my day.
It's whether teaching me something...
... or be as random as me ...

"You know that song lean like a cholo?
It could be 'lean like a cello...
Elbows up side to side
Elbows up side to side..."

Lean Like a Cello

LOL!! (this is an inside joke)

She plays a Cello.
And the song has nothing to do with Cello's.
(I guess you'd have to be there... )

All this to say... She is the best as they come.
And one of the best things life had to offer.
And if anyone messes with her,
Hurts her in any way,
I am here.
And I WILL hurt you.

~ Don't give up! ~

I have such a feeling of hope today...
... Like I could just die with a purpose.
We read about love. We see it in movies.
But it's so rare to encounter someone in real life that makes you feel deeply in thought over what they say to you:
"Not one day goes by without me missing or thinking of her."
I could of cried when I heard this because I KNEW it was real.
The question is: Did she?
We get sad over stories that are invented by our human minds; and I stop and care to think about all the people that end up losing someone in real life? Whether to someone else or to something else (whatever that might be). Love grows founder. But is that the ultimate task of love? Loss? Having to let go?
"You shouldn't make people a necessity..."
- Just in case they have to embark in another journey.
But how wonderful it is, to do so?
Having someone that moves you, makes you a better person, brings out the best in you, someone that doesn't need you to go down memory lane or doesn't tell you what to do because you can take care of yourself without no ones supervision. Someone that tells you how much you move them, how you change them, how you make them a man/woman, just by loving them.
Someone that is eternally grateful to you.
It's when you are sad, unsure or you have no faith... and you see yourself through their eyes. And you see how much of a honor it is to be who you are... and the privilege to have met them.
It's feeling lucky. It's being someone's life...
... And if that person departs, your life falls to dust. To chaos.
Nothing matters... Because Everything is gone.
Seeing & listening to someone that has once loved talking about their lost one, it's like listening to sigur ros. It gives you hope to have found them, but it's all so sad.
You can almost see the love in their eyes, I'm sure I just didn't try hard enough.
You sense it in your skin every time their voice trembles...
... all there is left are memories? No. It's love!
To a friend out there that is having a hard time today...
Let me tell you:
Don't be sad. Do not. You should not be sad.
Because it is better to love and lose than not loving at all.

I wish I could be someones Amber.

~ The Measure of a Human ~

4 Measurements? [smile]

Success is entirely subjective.
If you define what success means to you, you're not measuring up to anybody's standards but your own.

Ambition trumps ability.
When it comes to reaching the beachhead of success, passion is a stronger tide than raw talent.

Self-deprecation is the most endearing type of humor.
It sets people at ease; just be careful not to overuse it or you won't be taken seriously.

Regardless of your size, learn to empathize with the little guy.
It'll broaden your thinking, keep you humble, and ensure that you always have the proper perspective. The ability to examine issues from above and below is priceless.
